The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods without undue delay and inform the seller of any detected defects within five days.

The buyer must notify us of the detected defects in writing (by e-mail) within five days of receiving the goods. The buyer must state the detected defects in a written notice. Please describe what the defects are and how they manifest themselves. The buyer sends a written notice to the seller's registered office.

It is necessary to submit a copy of the invoice and proof of delivery and payment for the goods whose defects are claimed.

The seller does not accept liability for damage resulting from the operation of the products, functional properties and damage from improper use of the products, and damage caused by improper handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty provided.

The seller undertakes to inform the customer no later than three days from receipt of the complaint about the method of handling the complaint.
