Hydration or Isotonic?
The Hydration Drink is a low-calorie, low-sugar formula focused primarily on rapid fluid and mineral replenishment, whereas the Isotonic Drink delivers a much higher load of complex carbohydrates to fuel working muscles and sustain energy during heavy training. So, when should they be used?
- Chimpanzee Hydration Drink: Use before and during shorter athletic activities (up to 1 hour) where heavy fueling isn't necessary, or throughout hot summer and busy workdays to stay properly hydrated without consuming excess sugar and calories.
- Chimpanzee Isotonic Drink: Use during and after prolonged, high-intensity endurance sports (such as cycling, long-distance running, or triathlons lasting over an hour) to actively replenish empty glycogen stores, prevent blood sugar crashes, and maximize endurance.

Electrolyte Salt Caps
During intense physical activity, your body loses much more than just water. Through sweat, essential minerals are depleted at levels that standard beverages often fail to replace. In just one liter of sweat, you can lose approximately 1500 mg of sodium, 2000 mg of chloride, 400 mg of potassium, and 30 mg of magnesium. Our capsules are designed to realistically compensate for these losses, rather than just adding ingredients for show.

Benefits: Chimpanzee rehydration ionic and vitamin drink continuously compensates for water losses. It covers the increased need for vitamins and minerals, especially Na, K, Mg, Ca, Cl, P, and Mn, Zn Fe, Cu, etc. As a quick energy source, it supplies the stressed organism with simple carbohydrates and polymers of glucose. We recommend preparing in a slightly hypotonic concentration, drinking it before an activity, and drinking a small dose every 10-15 minutes, about 100-150 ml, during exercise. This drink restores lost energy supplies, replaces water and electrolyte deficits, thus improving the body's thermoregulation and reducing the risk of cramps.
